Applicants take the first step by completing our secure online job
application and assessment. Upon completion, the applicant has the
opportunity to attach a resume or curriculum vitae. Each applicant’s
assessment results are forwarded to Gallup analysts, who compare them to
the Gallup success profiles for positions within our culture. If the
analysis reveals potential for success in an available position, the
applicant is contacted and scheduled for an in-depth telephone
interview. Applicants who become finalists based on their telephone
interview will then complete an in-person interview with the hiring
